** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
* Direct and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication.
* Monitor processes and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
* Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to plant leadership.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to lead teams effectively in an industrial or production environment.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills during active operations.
* Clear communication skills for coordinating work and setting expectations.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational standards.

** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
