• Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Direct and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication.
• Monitor processes and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to plant leadership.

• Ability to lead teams effectively in an industrial or production environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills during active operations.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating work and setting expectations.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and focus.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $28.00 per hour
