Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

Shift: 1st

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC Press Brake (preferably Amada), gantry style vertical mill, and/or CNC Punch Press/Laser
• Communicating effectively with production leads to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met
• Inspecting production parts to verify quality using basic measurement instruments
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in collaboration with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety teams
• Upholding operational and regulatory standards by following safety and environmental policies

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in CNC programming and setup
• Are able to read and interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions
• Possess knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, CAT
  40 tooling setup, and related processes
• Are skilled in using measurement instruments to verify part requirements
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and time management skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to high standards of work quality
