  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-5p, Wednesday 9:30a-6:30p
• Patients per day: 16-20
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient
• Types of Cases:
  Standard Primary Care, All Ages
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
• State Licensure:
  Must have an active South Carolina state medical license
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
