Dialysis Clinical Manager - RN

Role Overview

The Clinical Manager oversees daily facility operations, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance in a dialysis setting. They lead a collaborative team, manage staffing, and coordinate care from admission to discharge, addressing patient concerns and ensuring efficient scheduling.

Provides leadership, coaching, and staff development; manages financial aspects, including budgeting and inventory; oversees patient care, ensuring timely assessments and treatment plans; maintains medical records and ensures data accuracy; fosters strong relationships with physicians and regulatory bodies; implements quality improvement initiatives; ensures staff training, licensure compliance, and disciplinary actions; collaborates on policies, safety, and facility maintenance; and supports growth through community engagement and service promotion.

Requires RN licensure, a minimum of 2 years clinical management experience, dialysis nursing experience, leadership competencies, and strong communication skills. Preferred candidates have supervisory experience, ICU or med-surg background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software.

The role involves physical activity, working in a healthcare environment, and occasional travel for meetings. The position emphasizes team building, regulatory adherence, and delivering exceptional patient care.
