3V Sigma USA is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Manager to lead an ISO 9001:2015 accredited QC lab supporting a 24/7 specialty chemical operation. This hands-on leadership role blends technical expertise with operations collaboration to ensure product quality and manufacturing reliability.
You will manage a team of eight, oversee analytical testing (HPLC, GC, GC-MS, FT-IR, NMR), ensure data integrity in LIMS/JD Edwards, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement across the lab and plant.
