Parts Service Specialist

The Parts Service Specialist is a skilled and knowledgeable parts expert dedicated to meeting the needs of professional customers at the store's installer counter. This role will supervise the delivery specialist, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and promptly.

• Build and nurture relationships with installers and professional customers to enhance sales.
• Efficiently process customer orders via phone and online, ensuring accurate invoicing and picking of parts for timely delivery.
• Manage the delivery process by coordinating the delivery specialists to guarantee consistent order fulfillment.
• Oversee maintenance and servicing of delivery vehicles according to company standards.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle inspections and accurate recording of daily mileages in the fleet management system.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide outstanding service to professional customers.
• Verify billing for all products and merchandise before customers depart from the store.
• Ensure timely pickup and crediting of customers' new core and warranty returns.
• Audit customer returns to prevent warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
• Assist at the front counter and retail counter as needed.
• Support backroom operations including auto-loading, returns, and stock management.
• Facilitate customer labor claims, ensuring efficient processing.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical background.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Practical knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
