Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify authorized access when required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Carry and maintain assigned armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, post orders, and applicable laws while supporting a professional presence on site
