Therma Tech Services is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Mechanical Insulation Assistant Superintendent to help oversee commercial and industrial insulation projects throughout the Midlands of South Carolina.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in commercial construction who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. While experience with mechanical insulation is a plus, we are willing to train the right individual who has strong construction knowledge, leadership potential, and a commitment to quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assist in supervising mechanical insulation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate daily field operations and support project schedules.
• Work alongside field crews, project managers, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Help maintain quality control, productivity, and job site organization.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning, material coordination, and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.
• Mechanical, HVAC, sheet metal, piping, or related mechanical trade experience is preferred but not required
  .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead crews and work effectively with customers and project teams.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license is required.
