Position Overview
Under general supervision, trims trees for utility power line and rights-of-way clearance. Accurately and safely completes work orders. Reports to Tree Crew Leader.
Qualifications and Requirements- High School Diploma supplemented by a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a job-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) license.
- ACRT certification or ability to obtain and maintain within one year of hire.
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of heavy machines and equipment.
- Must be able to exert force to push, stoop, lift, reach, pull, kneel, carry, or otherwise move objects.
- Work involves walking and standing for periods of time.
- Must be able to lift/carry weights of up to 100 pounds.
