Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warranty Administrator role located in Georgetown, TX. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing warranty claims, coordinating warranty documentation with manufacturers, and ensuring claims meet necessary criteria. The role also involves liaising with customers and internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, verifying repair orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with warranty guidelines.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Warranty Administration, including processing and submitting warranty claims and documentation
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and manufacturers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including warranty systems and dealership software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with automotive industry processes is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services or warranty systems are beneficial
  • It is a plus if you know how to use GM Global Management
