Job Description
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of office tasks to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office communications, assisting with accounts payable, and new hire orientation facilitator.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answer phones, greet guests, keep the office organized and tidy, receive shipments.
* Receive mail and disseminate accordingly.
* Maintain vehicle inspection reminders and registrations.
* Maintain filling.
* Maintain office supplies, uniforms, etc. and make orders.
* Apply for Right of Way Permits
* New hire orientation facilitator
* Assist with accounts payable; matching invoices with purchase orders and preparing for AP entry. Preparing checks to be signed and mailed.
* Reconcile credit accounts monthly, including expense reports and fuel receipts.
* Assist in coordination of beginning and end of season luncheons, and office Christmas party.
* Year- end file transitions and new file acquisitions
* Assist in all directions of Director and Project Manager
