Touchmark at Georgetown is Central Texas's leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service, hospitality, and quality housing.

We are currently seeking a warm, dependable, and service-minded person to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist.

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will often be the first smile residents, families, visitors, and team members see when they enter our community. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment by greeting and directing guests, answering questions, responding to resident and team member needs, and helping ensure every person who walks through our doors feels valued and cared for.

This part-time opening is for our Thursday overnight shift, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least one year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, customer service, or similar service-focused role
• Be friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, visitors, and team members
• Be able to multitask and remain calm, patient, and tactful in a busy environment
• Have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
• Be willing to assist with duties such as answering phones, monitoring emergency pendants and pull cords, completing perimeter door checks, supporting security procedures, delivering newspapers, and helping maintain the appearance of the front desk and nearby common areas
