Office Coordinator / Operations Assistant
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator / Operations Assistant to help keep our office and manufacturing facility running smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being busy, notices when something needs to get done, and takes care of it without needing a lot of direction. You'll handle everything from coordinating deliveries and shipping packages to keeping the kitchen stocked, ordering team lunches, and making sure the office stays clean and organized.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is personable, dependable, and wants exposure to the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving robotics company.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the office, kitchen, common areas, and supplies organized and well stocked
- Order snacks, drinks, groceries, office supplies, and other day-to-day necessities
- Coordinate team lunches, catering, and occasional company events
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups, couriers, vendors, and service appointments
- Prepare, pack, label, and ship packages through UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers
- Receive incoming packages and make sure they get to the right person
- Help manage trash, recycling, dishes, and general office upkeep
- Monitor inventory of commonly used office and kitchen supplies and reorder before things run out
- Assist with errands and miscellaneous operational tasks as they come up
- Help coordinate visitors and keep the front-office experience professional and welcoming
- Support the operations team and leadership with scheduling, purchasing, research, and light administrative work
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the team moving

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, TX.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
