An Automotive Service Technician repairs and inspects Infiniti vehicles. The main duties include using diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose potential issues with a customer's vehicle, explain problems with the vehicle to the customer and perform maintenance and repairs on the vehicles to fix or prevent them from future breakdowns or issues.

• Perform Oil Changes:
  Drain and refill motor oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid to specified levels
• Lubricate Vehicle Components:
  Apply lubricants to chassis fittings and wheel bearings to prevent friction and wear.
• Inspect Vehicles:
  Conduct a multi-point inspection to identify and document any fluid leaks or other service needs, including checking tire pressure and adding air as needed.
• Replace Filters:
• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and clients keeping them informed about the vehicles condition.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep the service area and tools organized and clean, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintain Safe Working Environment:
  Follow all safety procedures, drive slowly and defensively, work cautiously, ensure proper PPE is used at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Understanding of automotive systems.
• Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and tools including power tools.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service.

• Lube Technician or auto mechanic training preferred.
• Working knowledge of state inspection guidelines, particularly those concerning emissions and safety, is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.

• May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, pulling and lifting.
