- Perform vehicle alignments accurately and efficiently
- Mount, replace, balance, rotate, and repair tires
- Inspect tires and check tire pressure, tread depth, and overall condition
- Properly complete assigned services and repairs based on training and experience
- Follow manufacturer guidelines, published procedures, and all applicable safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Accurately document completed services and repairs
- Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with company driving policies
- Protect the confidentiality of company and customer information
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Consistently demonstrate Group 1 Automotive’s core values
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the workplace
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Previous automotive alignment or tire-service experience required
- Familiarity with alignment and tire-service equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow established processes and safety procedures
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
