Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary. Bi-Lingual a plus.
Essential Duties Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers
Clearly outline the customer’s needs on the repair order
Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit
Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed
Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorCDK experience a plus Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Strong work ethic
