Mission

To support the optimization of the client wait queue experience through rigorous data analysis, disciplined product experimentation, and configuration management. The role enables measurable improvements in wait time accuracy, client count growth, and store-level productivity by helping design, execute, and evaluate wait queue enhancements across the system. Through analytical insight and operational observation, the role bridges data and real‑world store behavior to help identify and validate improvements that enhance the client experience and support client count growth.

Scope

Client wait queue configuration and settings management, product test design and execution, KPI tracking and reporting, cross‑functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Training teams as well as our 3rd party point of sale vendor. No direct reports. Reports to Product Director for Point of Sale.

Key Criteria
  • 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, experiment design, or controlled product tests in a production environment.
  • Strong foundation in data analysis tools and techniques – comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytical platforms to track performance metrics and identify patterns.
  • Ability to interpret data clearly and translate findings into concise insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and operational discipline when managing configurations, documentation, and test execution.
  • Curiosity about operational systems and willingness to observe and learn from in‑store processes.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and vendor partners to coordinate testing and improvements.
  • Familiarity with queuing systems, scheduling logic, or demand‑management concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Personality fit, culture fit, and high drive leading to a long‑term relationship built on mutual trust, respect and commitment to the mission.
