Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Data Center Construction Project Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Georgetown, TX
.
This 7-month contract-to-hire role is open to provide project support is ideal for an experienced construction project management professional with data center project exposure and the ability to coordinate complex construction activities across multiple stakeholders for $47-$49.78/hr
. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
- Manage day-to-day activities for large-scale data center construction projects from planning through closeout
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee construction activities including scheduling, execution, documentation, reporting, and communication
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Track project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution
- Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and construction best practices
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and reporting
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- 4–8 years of construction project management experience
- Minimum 1 year of data center construction or data center project experience
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in active construction environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience supporting mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure projects
