Job Summary

Duties

• Perform and document daily safety audits on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.
• Attend Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Lead weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
  - Effective problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently or within a team
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of safety experience, specifically in excavation, trenching, and confined space
• OSHA 30 Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 500
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Local to the Austin, TX area
