Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Georgetown, TX
Weekly pay of $21.00 per hour

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will guide them through the ordering process and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Maintain front desk area including answering phones and assisting with showroom presentation and design.
Assist customers with placing orders, returns, exchanges, and pickups.
Handle cash and credit card payments using POS system.
Day Shift, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Friday. Rotating Saturdays required 9 am–2 pm.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
GED / High School Diploma.
Friendly and personable demeanor and proven customer service experience.
Ability to type 35 wpm.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to work in the US.
