Full-time front desk and operations role at our Georgetown location

Purpose

Aurora Medical Spa is seeking a talented, client-obsessed Spa Coordinator to serve as the operational and experiential anchor of our Georgetown location. This role is central to everything we do — from the first impression a client forms walking through our doors to the smooth clinical flow that allows our providers to do their best work.

About Aurora Medical Spa — Georgetown

Georgetown is one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas — and our spa reflects that energy.

Located near Georgetown's beloved historic Square, Aurora Medical Spa has been a trusted destination for aesthetic care since 2006. Our Georgetown team is close-knit, high-performing, and genuinely proud of the experience they deliver. We're a certified Great Place to Work® — a standard our team holds themselves to every single day, not just a credential on the wall.

When you join Aurora Georgetown, you're not taking a front desk job. You're becoming the heartbeat of a clinic that our clients love, in a community that is growing fast and needs providers it can trust.

The Spa Coordinator is the first and last impression for every client who walks through our doors. If you take that responsibility seriously — and you're energized by it — you'll thrive here.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person position supporting the daily operations and client experience at our Georgetown clinic. You will be the connective tissue between our clients, our providers, and our clinical schedule — keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring every person who visits Aurora feels genuinely welcomed and well cared for.

This role requires equal parts operational precision and people warmth. You will manage scheduling, coordinate treatment flow, handle transactions, support retail and membership conversations, and contribute meaningfully to a team culture that Georgetown clients notice and remember.

Who Thrives in This Role

Aurora's best Spa Coordinators share a few things in common — here is what we look for.

Operationally Strong

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced clinical environment. Scheduling accuracy and follow-through are non-negotiable.

Client Experience Focused

Naturally warm and professional; takes genuine ownership of creating a consistent, elevated experience for every client — from a new face to a longtime regular walking in for their quarterly appointment.

Sales-Minded

Comfortable and confident discussing services, memberships, and retail products. Knows how to guide clients toward the right decisions without pressure — because product knowledge and genuine care do the heavy lifting.

Team-First

Brings positive, grounded energy to the team. Treats colleagues and providers with consistent respect and professionalism. Contributes to a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone can do their best work.

Self-Aware and Growth-Oriented

Open to feedback, willing to grow, and takes real ownership of their impact on the team and clients. Communicates directly, maturely, and with care.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties at our Georgetown clinic.

  • Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in through check-out
  • Manage provider schedules with accuracy, efficiency, and proactive communication
  • Coordinate daily treatment flow to ensure seamless, on-time service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and handle financial transactions with precision
  • Confidently present and discuss services, packages, and membership options
  • Support retail recommendations and client education on products and aftercare
  • Partner closely with providers to support strong rebooking rates and follow-up
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team culture that Georgetown clients can feel
