What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics‑driven reading workshops for small groups of gifted K‑2 students.
- Leverage storytelling and interactive approaches to produce learning gains 5‑10✕ faster than traditional standards.
- Evaluate student advancement and modify sessions dynamically to address each cohort’s unique requirements.
- Provide personalized and small group coaching that generates measurable improvement in adaptive literacy and writing applications.
- Available to work on‑site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor’s degree plus advanced structured literacy certification (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years conducting small‑group reading interventions with K‑2 students
- Background working with gifted or advanced learners in specialized educational settings
- Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance metrics
- Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young students through vocal delivery, storytelling, and enthusiasm
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100 000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
