• Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics‑based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
• Leverage storytelling and interactive techniques to achieve learning acceleration 5‑10x above conventional standards
• Monitor student achievement and modify sessions dynamically to address the unique needs of each cohort
• Provide individualized and small‑group coaching sessions to produce quantifiable advancement in adaptive reading and writing applications

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for K‑2 students

• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metricsi>

The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
