• Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students.
• Employ storytelling and interactive techniques to propel learning 5-10x faster than traditional standards.
• Monitor student advancement and adjust workshops dynamically to address each cohort's unique needs.
• Provide individualized and small group coaching to generate measurable growth in adaptive reading and writing applications.

• Bachelor's degree and advanced credential in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years facilitating small-group reading interventions for K-2 students.
• Background working with gifted or high-achieving children in specialized educational settings.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metrics.
• Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
