Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment
• Adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child
• Foster positive relationships with children and families

Lead Teacher

Qualifications:

• Education-related degree (Bachelor's, Associate's, or CDA preferred)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must meet State of Texas and National hiring standards
• Employment contingent upon cleared DFPS, DPS, and FBI background checks

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
