GT School is seeking a Literacy Coach to accelerate gifted K–2 readers using precision phonics and adaptive technology. This on-site role is based at Georgetown (Austin), TX, with relocation assistance and a contractor arrangement through Crossover as Contractor of Record.
You will design lessons from live assessment data, run small groups, and coach students toward benchmarks months ahead of schedule, using AI platforms and performance analytics.
