Technical Program Manager

At Cel Link, we’re rethinking how power and data move through the world’s most advanced systems, from electric vehicles to AI data centers. Our flexible circuits replace bulky wiring with ultra-thin, high-power laminates that enable lighter, smarter, and more efficient designs.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the cross‑functional execution of new product introductions from concept through full production. • Define and manage Cel Link’s phase‑gate product development process across assigned programs.
• Lead integrated teams spanning Applications, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
• Build and maintain master schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure programs meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and production signals for Supply Chain and Operations.
• Monitor key KPIs, escape critical issues early, and recommend data-driven actions to keep programs on course.
• Oversee design validation, testing, and production trials; coordinate PPAP/FAI documentation and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality systems, safety, and ethical policies. Set the tone for teamwork, discipline, and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of hands‑on engineering or operations experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programs in high-tech, automotive, or similar industries.
• Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and disciplined change control.
• Proven success launching new products to production (hitting targets for yield, quality, and cost).

• Background in EV systems (high‑voltage battery modules, interconnects, or power distribution).
• Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP/FAI, and other automotive‑grade quality systems.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, integrators, and partners.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.

Travel up to 20% to Cel Link sites, vendors, integrators, and customer locations as needed.
