I'm currently partnered with a well-established, employee-owned engineering consultancy with over 40 years of experience delivering transportation and civil infrastructure projects across Texas. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Senior Transportation Project Manager to their Georgetown office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transportation engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring teams, and building strong relationships with public sector clients.
The RoleYou’ll lead transportation projects from concept through construction while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing transportation design projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
- Leading and mentoring engineers, EITs, and CAD technicians.
- Overseeing quality assurance and technical reviews.
- Coordinating with TxDOT, municipalities, and other public agencies throughout the design and permitting process.
- Supporting construction activities, including site visits, contractor coordination, submittal reviews, and progress meetings.
- Building strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering transportation projects for TxDOT and/or municipal clients.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Salary up to $160,000
