GAF Energy is hiring an experienced R&D engineer to lead solar laminate development, prototyping, and testing in the lab. You will collaborate with reliability teams, suppliers, and cross-functional groups to push new solar products toward manufacturing.
You should have 5+ years in solar module R&D and a Master’s in a relevant field;
Ph.D. is a plus. Expect travel and close coordination with manufacturing and design teams.
