This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Services Representative II located in Georgetown, TX. In this role, you will assist customers with financial transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and recommend banking products and services tailored to meet client needs. You will process account transactions, maintain account records, and handle inquiries efficiently while complying with banking regulations and internal policies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and cross‑selling bank products and services to deepen relationships with existing and new customers.
- Customer service and relationship‑building skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions, account maintenance, and familiarity with banking products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

- Ability to adhere to banking regulations, manage compliance requirements, and maintain confidentiality in financial processes.
- Prior banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and financial software is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
