Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a highly strategic and operationally focused finance leader to serve as Senior Director, Finance & Accounting. This executive leadership role will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and operational finance activities for U.S. operations while serving as a key financial business partner to executive leadership and global headquarters.

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, tax, audit, and financial reporting activities for U.S. operations
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor and business partner to executive leadership, operational leaders, and global headquarters
• Drive operational finance leadership across project operations, service organizations, and corporate functions to improve profitability, scalability, and financial performance
• Provide executive visibility into financial performance, operational KPIs, cash flow, margin analysis, and strategic business initiatives
• Lead development of scalable financial infrastructure, systems, controls, and reporting processes to support rapid organizational growth
• Support executive decision‑making through data‑driven financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations

• Lead enterprise‑wide budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and strategic FP&A initiatives
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, project management, procurement, HR, and executive leadership to align financial and business objectives
• Analyze project‑level and corporate‑level financial performance, including revenue recognition, percentage‑of‑completion accounting, cost controls, and profitability optimization
• Provide financial modeling, variance analysis, and operational reporting to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and working capital management
• Oversee accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting requirements
• Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements for multiple subsidiaries and affiliated entities
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Direct external audits, quarterly reviews, and coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial institutions
• Manage treasury operations including banking relationships, corporate loans, letters of credit, and cash management activities

• Act as the primary finance liaison with Korea headquarters, investors, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies
• Present financial results, forecasts, strategic analysis, and operational performance updates to executive leadership and global stakeholders
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing accounting and finance organization capable of supporting long‑term company growth
• Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Support corporate strategic initiatives including financing activities, organizational transformation, system implementation, and potential M&A integration activities
