What You’ll Handle

Alliance Bank Central Texas is hiring a full-time Teller for our Georgetown, Texas location. This role supports smooth, accurate banking service by helping customers complete everyday transactions while keeping work balanced and compliant.

Key responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; posting loan payments, money orders, and GL tickets; supporting night depository and vault reconciliation; balancing Teller activity daily; and assisting with other finance‑related tasks as assigned.

• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly, outgoing customer approach
• Basic math skills

You’ll start by preparing your Teller station, reviewing any updates, and getting ready for the lobby to open. Throughout the day, you’ll greet customers, stay attentive to detail, and keep transactions moving at a steady pace while working with teammates when questions come up. Expect a mix of busy stretches and quieter moments to double‑check totals, keep your workspace organized, and ensure records are in order.

You’ll wrap up by closing out your drawer, confirming your numbers, and handing off any notes so the next day in banking and finance starts smoothly.
