We are seeking a part-time Clinical Counselor to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at a premier wellness facility dedicated to holistic health and client well-being.
- Provide comprehensive clinical treatment from admission to discharge, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation in EMR systems.
- Manage a caseload of 5-8 clients, maintaining ethical practices, confidentiality, and cultural humility.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and accreditation standards, including regular audits and staff training.
- Coordinate clinical schedules and perform pre-authorizations for admissions.
- Qualifications include 2+ years post-licensure experience in chemical dependency treatment, leadership in residential settings, regulatory compliance knowledge, and active First Aid/CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and ability to commute or relocate is required.
