Location: Georgetown, Texas - Onsite
Opportunities: 1 Part-Time | 1 Full-Time

She Recruits is excited to partner with a respected behavioral health provider in Georgetown, TX, to bring you two new opportunities for licensed mental health professionals. Candidates will interview with both an Operations Leader and an Onsite Leader.

Position Details

Full-Time: 40 hours per week (option for 4-day or 5-day schedule)
Part-Time: Minimum 3 evenings per week, start between 4 PM or 5 PM, ending at 8 PM

Credentials Accepted:
  • LCSW, LPC, LMSW
  • LPC-A or LMSW (Supervision provided for Associates)
Experience:
Open to candidates early in their career as well as experienced professionals.

Compensation:
  • LPC-A or LMSW: $65,000 - $75,000
  • LPC or LCSW (Fully Licensed): $75,000 - $90,000
    Salary based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group psychotherapy and psycho educational sessions in accordance with PHP/IOP program schedules.
  • Co-facilitate family therapy sessions as per program guidelines.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission.
  • Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans outlining treatment focus, goals, and interventions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluation of diagnoses, psychosocial factors, strengths, and growth opportunities.
  • Document all clinical encounters accurately and concisely, reflecting the therapeutic process.
  • Assist with discharge planning, including community resources and referrals.
  • Conduct community groups promoting healthy lifestyles and wellness.
  • Maintain compliance with utilization review criteria for continued stay and discharge.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and staff, addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Participate in QA/QI processes to ensure services are evidence-based and treatment is evidence-informed.
  • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and support nursing functions as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive presence in the office and community.
  • Support additional program needs, which may include individual, couples, or family therapy services.
