We are seeking a Concierge Caregiver to provide dedicated, one-on‑one care to individual residents at The Oscar at Georgetown during scheduled service blocks. The caregiver will foster meaningful relationships and deliver personalized support tailored to each resident's unique needs, transitioning between appointments while maintaining a high standard of compassionate, resident‑centered care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and anticipate individual needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events as needed.

• Must be able to commit to one of the following ongoing schedules:
• Sunday – Wednesday from 7 am – 1 pm
• Tuesday – Saturday from 7 am – 1 pm

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a facility, providing full hands‑on care to residents.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a front‑facing role.
• Current CNA certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with residents.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to commit to an ongoing weekly schedule in Georgetown.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance with your name on the policy.
• Pass a full background check and drug test.
• Ability to provide 2 professional references.

• Competitive hourly pay range: $18 – $20/hr.
