Mental Health Provider; Psychiatric PA or NP - Georgetown, TX

Position Summary

We are recruiting for an Advance Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) to provide psychiatric care and medication management for our outpatient population. The role blends in‑person visits with telehealth, and offers a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

• Conduct initial mental‑health evaluations and ongoing patient care, including medication management and supportive psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care with the psychiatrist and mental‑health therapist to ensure continuity and effectiveness.
• Provide measurement‑based care, tracking patient outcomes to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters.

• Valid psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of the posting.
• One year of professional work experience as a psychiatric PA or PMHNP.
• Active DEA license for prescribing.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation.
