, and this is an opportunity to join the team as we grow. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
- $43–$53/hour for both direct clinical services and administrative/non-billable work
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

- In-center, pediatric outpatient setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends

The speech therapist will provide speech/language/feeding & swallowing services to the pediatric population age 0-21 with developmental, neurological, and medical based disorders in an outpatient clinic setting. This position performs highly responsible work that will promote quality patient care and efficiency. The speech therapist is responsible for planning and administering evaluations, treatment plans, consults, screenings, parent education and promotes the overall health of the patient.
The speech therapist will also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, therapists, BCBAs, school staff, and parents to provide holistic services. In addition, this position requires flexibility with scheduled hours as the company continues to thrive and grow.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provides skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
- Adheres to state requirements for supervision of SLPAs and Clinical Fellows to provide services with the highest care standards
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment/ follow up programs.
- Agrees to complete 75% billable hours of all hours worked each week. If not consistently met, 30 days (thirty) to achieve this standard before a transition to part time status occurs.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
