As supervisor, oversee the team daily. Focus on evaluating and coordinating patient care. Ensure optimal health outcomes by managing resources effectively. Deliver quality care that meets patient needs.
Essential Functions OfThe Role
- Supervising your assigned staff both administratively and clinically, according to established industry best practices.
- Assisting and training your staff in identifying the needs of patients and their families, thereby ensuring top-notch care.
- Playing an effective role in crafting and overseeing care plans, while coordinating and delivering services.
- Instituting practice and care standards that contribute to positive clinical outcomes, financial stability, and patient satisfaction.
- Overseeing the development of discharge plans and strategies to meet patients' needs post-discharge seamlessly.
- Making sure staff follows rules and regulations for their job and institution.
- Familiarity with comprehensive care coordination, planning for patient discharge, case management, and assessing the effectiveness and necessity of medical care.
- Knowledge of human behavior, including differences in ability, personality, and interests, is key in treating disorders.
- An ability to design structures, relationships, and processes to boost multidisciplinary care planning, care delivery, and planning for patient discharge.
- An ability to create and implement standard policies, procedures, and programs.
- Effective social skills for interacting with a diverse group of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required
- At least 3 years of experience is necessary
- Registered Nurse License (RN) is required
