Test Technician

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support server hardware testing and quality assurance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for identifying hardware issues, performing diagnostic testing, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform functional and system-level testing of server hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and test failures.
• Document test results, defects, and corrective actions accurately.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and testing activities.
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Escalate complex technical issues as needed.

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, testing, or electronics environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Linux command-line functions and basic scripting.
• Understanding of LAN and networking fundamentals.
• Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fast-paced electronics manufacturing facility.
• Extended periods of standing and handling electronic components.
• Strict adherence to ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
