The Technical Program Manager (Server Operations Specialist) to own program and project planning for our server hardware operations supporting a major cloud infrastructure client. This role is the delivery backbone of the account — coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and the client.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end program and project planning for server hardware operations
- Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to keep programs on schedule
- Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client program stakeholders
- Drive resolution of program-level issues and escalations
- Report program status, risks, and key metrics to leadership
- 6–10 years of experience in technical program/project management, ideally in server or hardware manufacturing
- Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional hardware programs on time
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- PMP or equivalent program management certification
- Experience supporting hyperscale cloud or data center hardware programs
