Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (Server Business Manager) is responsible for driving our server hardware business with a major cloud infrastructure client. This is a senior business development role for someone with deep experience in server/hardware sales or channel management.

• Own and grow the commercial relationship with a leading global cloud infrastructure provider's server hardware program
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and account strategy
• Identify new business opportunities within the account and drive expansion of scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Compal and client stakeholders on business matters
• Partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Program Management teams to align commercial commitments with delivery capability
• Track account performance, forecast demand, and report on business KPIs

• 6–10 years of experience in server/hardware business development or channel sales
• Proven track record managing large hardware accounts, ideally with hyperscale or enterprise cloud clients
• Fluent spoken and written English required
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable working onsite and cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment

• Experience supporting APAC-based or globally distributed client teams
• Additional language fluency relevant to global hardware supply chains
