IT Support Technician
Austin, TX | Full Time | On Site
We're seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for end users across corporate and field operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues while ensuring employees have the tools and technology needed to be successful.
Responsibilities:- Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support
- Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user technology
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking issues
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration
- Assist with POS systems, kiosks, and other operational technologies
- Document issues and resolutions within a ticketing system
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and asset management
- Partner with IT teams to improve processes and user experience
