What You’ll Do
- Help maintain strong customer retention
- Handle day-to-day policy service needs
- Conduct policy reviews
- Cross-sell when additional coverage makes sense
- Identify coverage gaps and ask thoughtful questions
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Partner with the sales team to support agency growth
- Ask for referrals and help create new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License
- At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience within the past 2 years
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward goals
- Able to work full-time in our Georgetown, TX office
