We are always on the hunt for a Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
• Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
• Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed

Shop

Hours:

• Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Compensation and Perks:

• Master Techs starting at $35.00 flat rate
• Subaru Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
• Sign on bonus and relocation assistance for Master Technicians
• $300 boot allowance
• End of year hours bonus
• Bonuses based on production
