As a Senior Specialty Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our diverse range of Access Control, Networking, Burglar Alarm, A/V, and Video Surveillance systems across numerous client properties. Your duties will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing these systems to maintain high performance and reliability standards, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise.

• Camera systems:
  Digital Watchdog, Geovision, and Eagle Eye.
• Burglar alarm systems:
  Honeywell Vista Panels, Lynx Touch, and ProA

• A/V systems, :70V commercial systems, Russound, Control4, and Crestron.
• Networking principles and protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated success in providing top-notch service and surpassing customer expectations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, adept at managing complex technical challenges.
