Electrical Project Manager

A well-established Central Texas Electrical Contractor is looking to add a Service Project Manager to join our core group. • Manage submittals, budgets, change orders, RFI’s, schedules, and other aspects required to maintain profitable and successful projects.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.
• Execute organization’s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects and work orders.
• Set clear goals and expectations to service techs.
• Coordinate scheduling of service techs and communicate work locations and job expectations to techs daily.
• Order materials and supplies as needed.
• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
• Manage all job closeout procedures.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing electrical projects
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Self‑motivated and detail oriented
• Current Journeyman or Master TDLR License
• Technical proficiency in MS Office and Accubid, or similar estimating software
• Texas Driver’s License
