Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of community associations, acting as the liaison between HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors. Provide customer‑service support, oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and lead association board meetings and annual meetings.
Maintain and enforce the same‑day response policy, manage vendor relationships—including bidding and project oversight—and consult with internal departments to support community needs.
Provide risk management, insurance, and litigation support, prepare budgets and handle association finances, and be available for after‑hours emergencies. Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications- Approximately ten (8+) years of solid work experience in a customer‑service or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn additional business systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to speak publicly in small and large meetings.
- Experience with financial statements, budgets, and conflict management.
- Ability to attend or run evening meetings as necessary (≈30–40 per year).
- Strong customer‑centric focus, extreme ownership of tasks, team player mindset, coachability, and multitasking ability.
Qualified candidates will receive a year‑long, interactive training program that includes a mentorship, access to an in‑house web‑based learning academy, and ongoing updates on legal and seasonal topics.
