Assistant Spa Manager $17.00 per hour + Membership Sales Commissions + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Spa Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping a business grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership or supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the spa.
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Coach, motivate, and oversee the front desk team.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance.
• Help drive membership sales and achieve spa goals through coaching and leading the team.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
• Step into leadership responsibilities in the Spa Manager’s absence.

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, spa, fitness, or customer service leadership experience is a plus.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable coaching others and holding a team accountable.
• Sales‑minded with the ability to motivate others to achieve membership goals.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including daytime shifts, evenings, and weekends.
