At Cel Link, you’ll lead from the front—coaching operators, removing roadblocks, and keeping product moving safely and with consistent quality. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact on our throughput and our people.

Your mission

Own daily direction-setting for a production team and keep lines running smoothly.

Balance material flow, schedule priorities, and quality checks to hit targets.

Mentor new hires, champion safety and standard work, and communicate up and down the line.

Drive 5S-style organization and escalate issues quickly to protect schedule and quality.

Jump into additional tasks as needed to support delivery goals.

How we work

To support continuous production, we use 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) and are hiring across multiple shifts.

Onboarding and training (8-hour shifts)6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)
After training (12-hour shifts)
Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNight: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMWeekday and/or weekend options; may rotate

Typical pattern: 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours). We are hiring across multiple shifts. Candidates should be open to working days, nights, and/or weekends based on business needs. Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.

Pay and incentives

Base rate: $25.00 per hour Shift differentials available for evening, night, and weekend schedules

Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws

What you bring

Minimum

Background in manufacturing, production, or warehousing

English communication skills for safe, clear coordination

Ability to excel in a fast-moving, physically active setting

Preferred1–3 years of manufacturing experience

Prior lead, trainer, or informal leadership responsibilities

Comfort with ERP or production tracking systems

Experience in high-volume and/or shift-based environments

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) a plus Skills that set you apart
